No More Stolen ElectionsThis year, large numbers of qualified voters in virtually every primary were denied their right to vote. With the general election fast approaching, it's vital to democratize elections by holding election authorities accountable and by mobilizing for accurate media coverage, voting rights reforms, and recounts when necessary. Sign the pledge of action: No More Stolen Elections! And then prepare to defend voting rights on and after November 8th.

We are currently in the process of planning the third Democracy Convention, tentatively scheduled for the first half of 2017.  To access archives from the first and second Democracy Conventions click here and here.  To receive updates about the next Democracy Convention be sure to join our email list.

Liberty Tree's Global Climate Convergence is a multi-year effort working to unify diverse movements behind the struggle for Climate Democracy.  Currently, we preparing for a third wave of Earth Day to May Day actions in the Spring of 2017, leading up to a global climate strike later next year.

Move to AmendThe national Move to Amend coalition, of which Liberty Tree is a co-founding organization, is the nation's largest, most diverse, and most deeply rooted campaign working to amend the U.S. Constitution to protect our democratic rights by overturning the 2010 Citizens United Supreme Court ruling.

The courageous actions of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe and the indigenous communities, climate activists, local farmers and community members that continue to oppose the Dakota Access Pipeline project in North Dakota have inspired people all over the country and the world to stand in solidarity and support. If the pipeline project is allowed to continue, it will carry dangerous fracked oil over several states and under the Missouri River - this means destruction of sacred land and water for local Native communities and a climate disaster for people and the planet.
